I just moved to Addison Landing and was very impressed by how clean the apartment was. Spotless actually! The unit had been freshly painted throughout, new washer / dryer installed, new sinks and fixtures in kitchen and bathroom, windows cleaned inside & out, and carpet clean and fresh. Rashida was extremely helpful and professional in handingly all my pre-move paperwork and questions. She was able to meet my need for a ground floor unit and garage. On move-in day she had some scheduled time off, so John was able to handle everything using her documents. Very well coordinated on a hectic day like that. My experience has been wonderful to date, nice apt., friendly people, great staff, and respectful neighbors. I highly recommend Addison Landing for all age groups.

I live here for 7 months and I must say that I am really loving it. The professionalisms, attitude and comforted that the staff displays is such a beautiful welcoming atmosphere by all of the staff members, this you experience the minute you walk in the door. The maintenance crew, without question they do and excellent job in a very timely manner. Ladies, you’ll are doing and outstanding job.

The office staff at Addison Landing is amazing. They are the most respectful and helpful office personnel I have had the pleasure of working with. The application is not the easiest to manure through, but each and every time I needed help getting through some parts of it, the office staff was right there to help. They answered each and every question I had. They helped me each time I went to the office and each time I called for assistance. I'm looking forward to living there because of the staff. What a wonderful group!!
